I went to the emergency room because I was having trouble breathing. They admitted me and I was there for 21/2 days. I have worked in hospitals all my working life and I was amazed at how organized their systems are and how they took great care of me. All the employees are amazing, they were friendly and caring. My has and has been treated here more than 5x in last 3 months EVERYONE was very attentive Respiratory especially! 5 Stars
Terrible attention, they left me on hold for 4 hours. To be told that they don't know what I have and that I'd better go to a dermatologist, TERRIBLE SERVICE. Unfortunately, my insurance must pay you but what a terrible service don't go to this hospital. Look at all the terrible reviews because I'm not the only one.
Came in at about 1 am, was called back immediately. The nurses were all so friendly and sweet ! They hit the vein without poking me multiple times! And Scott from radiology was also awesome! He kept me laughing to ensure I was comfortable. Thank you all for the positive experience! Update; I went in recently after 1 am because my eye, and Dr. Sterling and Nurse Sarah V were the absolute best ! In and out in 30-45 minutes or less !! 2/28/25
The medical chief of staff was horribly unprofessional, imposing his political views and religious opinions on us.He was completely out of line, I guess I'm it's whatever it takes to get you to do what the need you to do to comply! Thank God we were there to advocate for the elderly patient they were treating otherwise he would have been over medicated and sedated his entire stay there. Advocated for your elderly family members because this place is out to get them.
