Sent my husband who was having an RA exacerbation to the ED on a Saturday. Disabled APRN and I called to check in and make sure he gave his allergies and everything else. They were short and rude on the phone, didn't have my husband's allergies and had prescribed for him. We are full time RV and land for medical care and work. I thought rural Caldwell hospital was bad, this takes the cake. As a prescriber for 25 years, you don't prescribe without allergy information. That's negligent and dangerous. I had 4 procedures today- it was fast- the people walked me from one procedure to the next. Everything was wonderful until I got to medical records- the lady acted as if I was wasting her time. She was rather rude. I have no idea if I’ll get my records or not- I’ll let you know. Still better than going to Gila Regional Medical Center. The billing people have ZERO idea what they are doing. I have VA insurance, Medicare and a supplement. They got ALL the insurance cards. I told everyone checking me in that only the echo was to... read more
