Mima is the best carpet cleaning service out there in the west island! They have been servicing me and my family for years now. An added plus is the owner loves and appreciated the workmanship of a vintage rug! Thank you again :)

Terrible service. It looks as if this company is a one man show. They offer pet stain removal services but don't have good enough equipment to remove odors (the carpet was stored humid and now smells worst than before). Also, the guy likes to talk too much, doesn't deliver on time, and can't follow instructions. The carpet looks as if they did the very minimum but somehow the same guy blamed it on us. Don't bother hiring this company, look for a more professional/expensive alternative.
