Great birthday party for my 3 year old and her friends. Victoria and Emilia were helping us and were super helpful. Kids and adults both thoroughly enjoyed the party and the setup.
We celebrated my son’s third birthday here and had an amazing experience! We provided the team with our themed decorations and they did an awesome job bringing our vision to life! The space itself was very clean and organized and the kids enjoyed the open play session and games and activities organized for the party. We bought a 10-time free play pass here, and in the beginning, the staff actually did track visits in a notebook. But after we lost the paper stamp card, they suddenly claimed they have no records and said we "forfeited" the rest of the sessions. When we asked about it, the lady onsite showed a notebook and said that's where they keep records — but then told us ours wasn’t there. My grand daughters birthday was celebrated at this place today ,some of the things to play were a bit dangerous, the 2 girls that were on staff today had a nasty attitude and very unpleasant, felt rushed and my guests felt uninvited due to their attitude. Overpriced and dissatisfied
