I had my daughters party here, Its a really fun place for kids! The kids will have so much fun! The reason i gave 4-stars was because the staff kept coming to me while i was discussing with friends to remind me of the cost of X,Y,Z....to ask me if i was aware so and so was an extra cost...of which i was already made aware...plus i can read! Everything is literally on the website! I found this very rude because anyone who is spending over 2000$ is not worried about extra 50 or 100$ or 2$ for socks or whatever. I don’t write much reviews but this needed to be said. I came here on a field trip with a group of 3-4 year olds (mostly 3). When you first walk in the immediate reaction is “cute”. But that was the only good thing about it. I noticed some items in the rooms were dirty. And the kids were so bored in the block room after a couple of minutes. The staff was rude to the daycare teachers, kids and parents. One of the staff was being aggressive when washing the kids hands in the painting room. We absolutely loved this place. I met my friend there for a playdate on a Wednesday afternoon and our 6 kids were the only ones there! There is so much for them to do - physical, sensory, imaginative - you name it. We were there for 3 hours! The paint room was a favorite. Like what kid wouldn't want to paint on the walls? What a cute place! And super clean too. We will definitely go back.
