I made an appointment with this location and was very dissatisfied. I was having trouble falling to sleep at night and asked for a prescription to help me with this. I explained to the Nurse that I did not have any anxiety issues and did not worry about anything. She prescribed me with antidepressant that only kept me awake. I had an allergic reaction to the meds that was given to me and was hospitalized. All I asked for was a prescription for Ambien.
