Eyeonna and Maddie were great. They know Majesty is the Head Bitch in Charge in here. They communicate neutral with all the pets owners ideas combined into one. I do like them. They do need to pay closer attention to stuff I notice that no one else does. Like her foggy eye
I have thought long and hard prior to writing a review because I thought this establishment would apologize and make it better without having to do so. I am very disappointed with everything in all ways my pet’s appointment was handled. First of all I live an hour away so I expected to be informed that there was a positive Covid case therefore having to change to curbside.
