Eyeonna and Maddie were great. They know Majesty is the Head Bitch in Charge in here. They communicate neutral with all the pets owners ideas combined into one. I do like them. They do need to pay closer attention to stuff I notice that no one else does. Like her foggy eye
I have thought long and hard prior to writing a review because I thought this establishment would apologize and make it better without having to do so. I am very disappointed with everything in all ways my pet’s appointment was handled. Sadly the 4.4 stars on google is not reliable because they’re unfortunately known for deleting reviews to make their business appear better. You’d only delete reviews if you knew what that person was addressing was true, otherwise you wouldn’t try to hide it from the public. Professional businesses will reply to people. Only problem with you deleting reviews to cover your tracks is that it just confirms and proves that not only the claims are true but you also know they’re true. RecommendedI recently had to take my rabbit in because I thought he might have fleas. Milwood got me in within 72 hours and their whole staff was so kind and helpful. My mom had to take him because I was at work, but they communicated with her the whole time letting them know everything they were finding. They ended up not finding any fleas but giving him one treatment just because my dogs are currently untreated because getting them into the vet is challenging. If you have cats/dogs or exotics, you need to take them to Milwood for the best care. The clinic is very knowledgeable and truly care about the quality of their client’s experience.
Great job with both of my dogs. Kind and caring people, they explain things so i understand and it's always clean. Everyone is friendly, even when they've had to stay late. Thanks for caring for my fur babies.
