Lauren really helped us out today! My wife and I flew into town yesterday in support of our upcoming move to the Portland area. Today we viewed the 2 units I had booked on-line weeks ago, and realized that the smaller one was too small for the amount of stuff that will be arriving at the end of the month via moving truck. So we asked Lauren if we could trade that one for a bigger unit, and she found a PERFECT larger one with easy access, and switched things around accordingly. I came in looking for a storage unit. The size I wanted unfortunately they didn't have. I will be back when it is available. This place was more clean than any storage unit I have looked at. Lauren and lynn are kind, awesome and know they could answer any questions I had.
Awesome customer service! Clean and secure. But just remember, if you get off the elevator on the wrong floor, it wasn't the elevator's fault. You pushed the wrong button.
