I was somewhat displeased with the transition process to the new company. That being said, I do greatly appreciate Lynn's efforts in reaching out and ameliorating my concerns.
Lynn (spelling?) is very friendly and helpful. Previous management set a very high bar and the new management meets and exceeds. It's a pleasure doing business here.

Lauren really helped us out today! My wife and I flew into town yesterday in support of our upcoming move to the Portland area. Today we viewed the 2 units I had booked on-line weeks ago, and realized that the smaller one was too small for the amount of stuff that will be arriving at the end of the month via moving truck. So we asked Lauren if we could trade that one for a bigger unit, and she found a PERFECT larger one with easy access, and switched things around accordingly.
