Be sure to take plenty of photos of the vehicle. They have a tendency to charge you for damages they tell you not to worry about, especially with preexisting stains on the interior. They also like to charge you for each stain on the interior and then will charge you again for an interior cleaning/detail even after they charge you individually for each stain. In my case, I was charged for each stain and then again for an interior cleaning. My car was returned clean, with at most needing a light vacuum.
Its horrible company! Customer service so bad! Avoid using!
