Horrible! The paperwork was not returned before the court date and the copy that we had to go get in person was not even completed properly! Papers were missing and the name was wrong. Very unprofessional. We called prior to the court date and were told the papers " would probably get there" in time and were hung up on! Definitely filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Still haven't received the papers in the mail.
Milwaukee Process Inc. worked with me on serving papers from WA state. It is like shooting in the dark when you chose a company from out of state. Well, not only did they assist me in getting the documents served, but they went above and beyond their service requirement. Tom personally contacted the judicial system in WA state to ensure my court dates and his service time were adequate for service of the documents.
