Bradford went out of his way despite a heavy backlog to install an AIO on my PC for me because I had just had surgery done. Friendly and great customer service, I will be back for sure!
I went in to the store to help me with a boot up problems and they we very fast and fixed the problem with 5 mIn. Then I inquired about a used video card for my pc and they had one that would meet my needs. They also got my PC in and installed the card very quickly(same day). the price was good and they were very professional and answered all the questions that I had. I would recommend them over BestBuy or anyone else in the area. Good Job guys and thanks for all your Help Rick Olson
I went here looking for a new laptop, unsure of which one I wanted. The staff showed me some different options, explained the differences between them, and which devices were better for different uses. I ended up buying a Milwaukee PC laptop, which comes with a 2-year in store warranty, and I love it! It’s lightweight, easy to use, holds a charge for several hours, and works fast. They also installed my antivirus software for me. I highly recommend Milwaukee PC - Waukesha!
Bradford and Brett provide Absolutely Excellent Service at the Waukesha location of Milwaukee PC. I have benefited from their professional expertise on multiple occasions over the past year. Some of the problems that they helped me with include: (1) Virus that shut down my laptop, (2) Spectrum’s email upgrades that disabled the “Send” function in my wi.rr.com address, and (3) Other computer sub-optimization issues. We have been having trouble with our PC since early December 2024. We had a new one built for us at Milwaukee PC in Waukesha. We did use some existing pieces from our old PC which, upon a lot of trouble shooting, was creating some of the problems we had upon bring the newly built PC home with us.
