Highly recommend this place. I needed a bios update to enable something for a windows upgrade and the the 4 shops I called before this one felt off. This place was polite, efficient and respectful of what I needed and did it well for a fair price. I'm super grateful for them because I was starting to give up looking for a place to do this. Thank you for everything!

I had an amazing experience at Milwaukee PC thanks to the manager, Bradford. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. I came in with a serious issue, and he took care of it on the spot. Not only did he get my computer back up and running, but he also walked me through the steps so I could understand what was going wrong. Thanks to him, my system is now working at 100% again. With tolerance and clarity, Bradford convinced me that we were better off having them work on our PC to upgrade it to Windows 11, vs. having them build us a new one. He made sure I understood what could happen during the upgrade that would extend the completion date, and that if they ran into issues with our PC, they could fix them. They work hard and efficiently on multiple PCs simultaneously, taking advantage of those times that their work in-process requires no human intervention. Bradford went out of his way despite a heavy backlog to install an AIO on my PC for me because I had just had surgery done. Friendly and great customer service, I will be back for sure!
