Brad was extremely helpful with advice and troubleshooting a complex issue I had setting up a PC. I would always recommend MKEPC for tech support.

Great store, helpful staff and gave me good help with any issues I've had, if I could give 10 stars I would, theyve helped me with a lot of things with trouble shooting my old computers and trying to get them up and working again
I had the best experience at Milwaukee PC. The person who helped me, I believe his name is Tyler, is probably the best customer service person I have ever had. He was very knowledgeable, explained things very well, smiled readily, and, most importantly, he was extremely, extremely patient with me (I am older and have a limited understanding of my new laptop.). I would highly recommend Milwaukee PC and Tyler.
