With tolerance and clarity, Bradford convinced me that we were better off having them work on our PC to upgrade it to Windows 11, vs. having them build us a new one. He made sure I understood what could happen during the upgrade that would extend the completion date, and that if they ran into issues with our PC, they could fix them. They work hard and efficiently on multiple PCs simultaneously, taking advantage of those times that their work in-process requires no human intervention. Bradford went out of his way despite a heavy backlog to install an AIO on my PC for me because I had just had surgery done. Friendly and great customer service, I will be back for sure!
I went in to the store to help me with a boot up problems and they we very fast and fixed the problem with 5 mIn. Then I inquired about a used video card for my pc and they had one that would meet my needs. They also got my PC in and installed the card very quickly(same day). the price was good and they were very professional and answered all the questions that I had.
