I just want to say. This place has completely turned around! This store used to be a disaster and take forever to get your machine back. But they recently went through a management change. And the new guy, Tyler, cares a ton about your machine and absolutely loves what he is doing. I brought my machine in and he had it back to me in two days, and he cleaned out the dust. Thanks for saving my sanity! My aunt thinks that just because I do DevOps, that I know how to get her relatively new laptop to Win11 despite her deafness and me being a couple thousand miles away. So when she ran into trouble, and I couldn't figure out what she was saying over the phone, after a bit of coaxing she eventually went to the West Bend store for help. Highly recommend the West Bend location. The man knows his stuff and isn’t out to make a buck. He provided me with the simplest fix and it worked. We will be back.
