Ryan at the Menomonee Falls location was not helpful for addressing my computer problems when I stopped in. He made me feel like I was bothering him and said I could try the Greenfield location. I live in the Falls and wanted service in the Falls. I do not recommend.
Good honest opinion on my computer.
Store is pretty bare products wise. No one asked if I needed help. The two working were speaking about someone being a "vagina". All of that told me to get my custom build from somewhere else
Came in with a friend who was buying a new SSD for his rig. Mentioned to the gentleman working the counter i needed to purchase some screws for my case since i was missing some and he handed me a set of (6) for free since they have so many from working on computers etc, Good guys here at the store that are knowledgeable
