Horrible owner and technicians. Sold me a copier and after I declined a bogus fraudulent service contract of paying them a per print page in black and white 29 cents a copy and then an additional charge of how much color 20% 59 cents a copy, 50% 79 cents a copy , 100% 89 cents a copy USING MY PAPER, plus a minimum monthly charge of $100 whether I printed 10 copies or 1000 copies is ridiculous. Not to mention how many times I asked what is the minimum and what is the maximum...never got answer, so don't let them talk you into... read more
We purchased a new copier from them for the sole purpose of scanning large documents to files and email, to become a paperless office. We explained this purpose to the sales person who sold us on this machine with a large capacity document feeder, and told us there is "one touch" scan to email. We explicitly explained that we did not intend to use the copier for general office printing, and that each person already has their own printer, and explicitly informed them we did not want to change how we handle our printing. They are always responsive and are able to come on site usually the same day.
Milwaukee Office Products is always responsive to our needs and comes to our various locations which are quite spread out.
They are really rude here and they don't do their work and just goof off.
