I had an evaluation with Elie Saltzman at Milwaukee Mind Solutions last summer and the experience I had with Elie Saltzman is still very upsetting to me. I have contacted this office several times, both via phone and email-- initially I was told that the provider had recently suffered an injury which affected his ability to travel, and this would defer treatment for a number of weeks but that someone would reach out to me. However every time I reached out to them in the following months, I received no contact. No one answered their phone, no one responded to my emails, no one ever called me back. This is specific to Dr. Jared Treiber, who would get ZERO stars if that was an option. We scheduled an appointment for a neuropsych eval for my daughter that we have been desperate to get done so we can move forward with treatment and therapy for very severe issues. Not just some garden variety ADHD, but severe issues that have meant our family's life has grinded to a halt. Her school district is waiting on it, and the specifics of her IEP are dependent upon it. Enjoyed every moment of interacting with the staff and the neurofeedback sessions. It is amazing that something so enjoyable can bring about healing. We will be back for another round!
