My husband and I hired this company specifically to fix a leak in our chimney. When I first spoke to Michael, he stated that their fee was going to be $60/hr per guy. The following day it changed to $75/hr because it was about an hour and 20 min drive time for them. In the same breath, he added that he was not charging for travel time. He seemed very annoyed to be bothered. When he was at my house for a quote he was more interested in discussing replacing my whole stairwell system than the project itself. (Every other contractor said there is nothing wrong with my stairwell). Then he immediately went to “how much do you want to spend because if you think this is a $10,000 job and I think it’s a $20,000 job then don’t waste my time”.
