My husband and I hired this company specifically to fix a leak in our chimney. When I first spoke to Michael, he stated that their fee was going to be $60/hr per guy. The following day it changed to $75/hr because it was about an hour and 20 min drive time for them. In the same breath, he added that he was not charging for travel time. They took our siding off, replaced the plywood underneath that was rotted and placed a waterproofing over the plywood. He seemed very annoyed to be bothered. When he was at my house for a quote he was more interested in discussing replacing my whole stairwell system than the project itself. (Every other contractor said there is nothing wrong with my stairwell). Then he immediately went to “how much do you want to spend because if you think this is a $10,000 job and I think it’s a $20,000 job then don’t waste my time”. Mike and his crew did an outstanding job on enclosing my front porch! Completely exceeded my expectations. They were professional and hard working. Great attention to detail! I'm very happy with the end result. I will recommend them and I will be using them again!!!
