I’m done wasting my time with this place. These guys are some of the laziest people I’ve dealt with—no pride in their work at all. I took in my batteries because they stopped charging, and the first thing they told me was that they weren’t covered under warranty. I called corporate, and they confirmed they were still covered. After that, the attitude completely changed.
