I brought a Milwaukee Fan to get repaired here and they said they would call me to pick it up and it’s been like 3 months and still haven’t heard from them. As somebody who loves Milwaukee tools, I am highly disappointed and this place makes the company look bad. If you need to fix your tools, go to a different location or ship it out to somewhere that is guaranteed to fix it. 0/10 don’t recommend coming here. They are thieves. I'm not wasting my time with them anymore them guys are the laziest people I ever met. They never want to do their job right. They have no pride in there craft, I turn in my batteries because it stop charging and the first thing they told me that my battery is not cover under warranty but when I called the corporate and they told me that it was still covered they got upset.
