some times they lost your tools
I brought in a Milwaukee tool with a clear manufacturing defect, but the staff completely refused to help or honor the warranty just because I didn't have a receipt. It is incredibly frustrating that a major brand uses rigid paperwork as an excuse to avoid responsibility for their own faulty products. Poor customer service and zero accountability. Save yourself the headache and avoid this location!

Absolutely horrible, this place is more of an interrogation place rather than a customer service place! Spend more time asking questions as to where you got the tool than helping service the tool. On top of that they only service tools only in the current catalog line up. So if you’re tool is old and broke, they try selling you something new
