Easy going and very helpful if you don't have an account or first time they can help setup one really quick and get your tool fixed it usually gets shipped out to Michigan so it does take about 2 weeks turn around time to receive the to back

Took a tool in und warranty they denied the claim, which is fine. Give me my tool back.They gave it to me in pieces at that point why you even give it back.It wasn't how I gave it to them
