Nick was quick to respond and provided a fair estimate for a job several contractors refused to take on. We needed our stone shower re-grouted, re-sealed, and polished, with a damaged soap dish replaced. Additionally, we approved a repair for a chip in our kitchen countertop. I’ve communicated with Nick(owner) @ Milwuakee Area Stone Professionals multiple times to get an estimate for my stone floor. We had set an appointment but he never showed up or called to cancel. Very unreliable and disappointing! I do not recommend.
If there was an option to give zero stars, we would have. Nick appears to know what he is talking about and gives assurance that the job will be done correctly and on time. Nick showed up late, and didn’t finish the job (restoring our granite countertops, which have some lightly faded spots). He clearly explained to my husband that one area of the kitchen was done but the others still needed to be worked on, sealed and polished. I WILL GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS FOR A REVIEW. I ONLY GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO. I spent a lot of time talking on the phone with Nick the owner. I set up an appointment with him. He no showed and did not call. I called the office and asked the office person to call me back regardless by noon and she never called back. I never received a follow up phone call. Then when another service came to my house I found out that the owner Nick gave horrible inaccurate about my granite installation issue. He said it would cost $2... read more
