RecommendedCame by last night to help me identify the source of the persistent "funk" in the attic carpet. Carpet was steam cleaned prior to our move-in but the persistent heat revealed it needed more attention. He had a black light that revealed a number of spots with cat pee stains. (He could smell it distinctly.) I have the nose of a bloodhound but I couldn't pin it. Must have been really old. Anyway... Nick too care of it.
