The Baylor Neurologist and Electromyography conducted by Milvia Pleitez MD was a very Grand experience, with her outstanding professionalism and her caring concern for the patient made my visit a comfortable and wonderful experience and I absolutely would recommend her to those in need.
Very nice doctor, spends time building wonderful rapport. The problem is she is also a psychologist and that limits her ability to diagnose neurological issues, such as ALS. Trapped herself by promising at first consultation that the patient didn’t have ALS, so even though every test came negative for every other possible disease, refused to accept ALS and also refused to refer us to an ALS clinic because she wasn’t comfortable. She was very attentive and sharp! She ordered several test for me that other doctors hadn't. I'm very pleased with her.
