Fabulous! The two guys who were working today did amazing with my baby! They were pleasant and skilled! Fast and helpful on the phone when I called before going in.
By far my easiest blood draw ever. In the past, it has generally taken phlebotomists a few tries before they can find a vein that won't collapse. It's even worse when they need multiple vials. A few times I've been sent home and told to come back when my arms have healed up. It's painful and stressful. Enter Olivia at Milvia. She not only got it on the first try, it was quick and nearly painless and she got four vials like she could do it in her sleep. I wish I could give her more than five stars.
Love this lab. They are usually not busy and I’ve never had to make an appointment, only walk in.

If you’re going to change your hours, posting it online before the change occurs might be polite. I could have used the extra sleep since Saturday is the only day off that corresponds with a lab visit. Not even a sign on the window. The Sat security guard left to be the company face was very nice nice however
