Just left from the wonderful lab here. First time bringing my dad here and everyone is very warm and friendly. Even though it was busy, they did their best to get us taken care of. The lab techs are both the receptionist AND lab tech so I’m not sure how efficient that is. The lab techs are doing double duties, so I give them all the kudos, especially Olivia who helped us.
The staff were super sweet and Olivia had perfect technique for blood drawing. It was painless and I was really grateful for how sweet she was along with the other staff members!

Fabulous! The two guys who were working today did amazing with my baby! They were pleasant and skilled! Fast and helpful on the phone when I called before going in.
By far my easiest blood draw ever. In the past, it has generally taken phlebotomists a few tries before they can find a vein that won't collapse. It's even worse when they need multiple vials. A few times I've been sent home and told to come back when my arms have healed up. It's painful and stressful. Enter Olivia at Milvia. She not only got it on the first try, it was quick and nearly painless and she got four vials like she could do it in her sleep. I wish I could give her more than five stars.
