Echoing several reviews. Whether from lack of competence or ulterior motives I was charged $300 for fully covered preventative care that should have cost $0. Will be finding a different care provider.
While I have had positive experiences with doctors here, I am still dealing with an incorrectly filed claim from April of this year in which Sutter made a mistake and I am being charged hundreds of dollars for routine bloodwork (that has been fully covered before and after this mistake). Even if you arrive on time for your appointment they make you wait about 50 minutes.
Highly recommend avoiding this practice AT ALL COSTS if you are pregnant. I’ve been made to see dozens of different providers in a single pregnancy, had many of my appointments rescheduled upwards of 6+ times, and they expect you to just be available whenever they want for last minute appointment rescheduling. It is such a giant mess.
