I called to ask how much my upcoming vet bill will be and the receptionist was extremely rude and snobby for no reason. I was very pleasant up until she started giving attitude for no reason. I was only asking the costs with taxes what everything would come to so I could be prepared prior. She was very snide and snarky when speaking with me which was very uncalled for and unprofessional. She should not be working with the public and should not be working at a front desk either. Very unhappy with that service.
