Wasted 3 days to get a hold of the compounding pharmacist, for them to tell me they don't accept insurance for compounding medications . The first day they said they do accept insurance. The 3rd day was "we do but not for compounding". Maybe let your staff know so I your potential customers don't waste days waiting for a real answer.
