Very disappointing and uncomfortable experience My mother had an appointment today for back pain with Ericka Kuehnel, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we felt that she was rude, impatient, and uninterested in listening to my mother’s concerns.
