Super slow pick up,and they have their own drivers jumping the line
Got here at 12:15 for a 14:00 appointment. Got sent to the back lot. Had to check in and remind them that I was there at 15:30. Didn’t get in a door till almost 16:00. Here it is 19:15 and I’m still not loaded. What a wasted day!
It's trash warehouse. They waste your time and refuse trailers with lame excuses
I waited 4 hours just to get a dock, even though all 6 docks were empty the entire time. When I asked about getting loaded, the staff told me they were "looking for an open dock" — which made no sense considering all docks were clearly open and unused. Once I finally got a dock, it took 1 hour to load and another 30 minutes for paperwork, while the crew didn’t seem to be doing much during the delay.
