Saddens me to write this review because I liked dealing with the receptionists and with Nurse Colleen. Also Dr Gow was great but she has retired now. BUT..the psychologist...not good. I had a very unpleasant experience with her a) talking about herself a lot. And b) when I opened up she literally laughed and said "I would never do that. I can't imagine doing that" and made me feel worse about myself. Completely unaware and no regard or empathy for me.
Amazing poace. Dr Dimitri Shevchuk is a champ!
Will stretch out sessions and paperwork to get more payments. A year later I have been in constant pain and have been told I need to get expensive surgery that won't work before the will help me
Disappointed by the service received from this clinic.
