What’s the point of booking an appointment if we have to wait for an hour this is ridiculous front desk ladies are not useful at all doesn’t matter if you have appointments or not you are still waiting from an hour .Dr.Hayder Al-Attar the best he’s been my family doctor since quite a while grateful for his service! But front desk ladies big zero for the service
Dr.Bejaei is very nice, soft spoken understanding doctor she listen to her patients carefully and answer all their questions i will give her 5/5 but for the delays I wish I could give them a negative rating. Every single time I visit, the wait is 1–2 hours minimum — appointment or not. What’s the point of booking if it doesn’t make a difference? Completely disorganized and disrespectful of people’s time.

Doctor Bejali is great, but the staff/secretary here do an abysmal job at answering the phone. Have been trying to book an appointment for over a month now and have even taken days off work just to try to get my phone call answered but it’s always sent to an automated answering machine that has a full mailbox…
