Completely unacceptable level of communication and care. I left a detailed message requesting an urgent call back regarding a sick infant and received no response for hours. I had to call multiple times just to get any acknowledgment. In situations that require timely medical attention, this level of neglect is not acceptable. We are leaving this practice and when we needed paperwork for our new pediatrician the front desk employees were so rude and unprofessional.
Milton Pediatrics is the absolute best! My new son has complex medical issues and Dr.Seidel has been great at helping us navigate this challenging time. We have also worked with Dr.Paul and Dr.Lopez both fantastic and very knowledgeable.
From the front desk staff to the doctors and everyone in between they are phenomenal. We have been patients since our youngest was born and personally see Dr. Paul. We love Dr. Paul and how thorough he is from routine visits to sick visits. I will never forget the first time I met him as a first time mom with really bad PPA, he made me feel so much better and so supported. We made a 45 minute commute to be seen here and it’s worth it! So thankful that Milton Pediatrics was recommended to us by a friend when I was pregnant.
I am a doctor myself and I have been very impressed with my families experience at Milton Pediatrics! Both of my boys have been seen here since they were infants (one of my sons was premie) and they are now school age. The nurses are quick to respond and every doctor we have seen has been knowledgeable helpful and great with the kids. We see a doctor for every visit ! Highly highly recommend
I've had three kids go from Babies to teens with this practice and love Milton Pediatrics. Our kids have great relationships with the doctors. The folks at the front desk know my children, and everyone has been just incredible as we've had medical issues come up over the years. Couldn't be happier except if they were closer.
