Horrible customer service the front desk representative was very rude and unprofessional when responding to information
I left a message enquiring about this practice for my infant; two of my family members bring their children here. Received a call back the next day from a woman who started the conversation by cheerily asking about my "new baby". I explained that my child is 5-months-old. The tone of conversation changed and I was immediately told that the practice doesn't accept "transfers".
