place was pretty good overall. However they forgot the breakfast a few times. One of them I didn't get at all and one I had to chase up

I recently celebrated my 60th birthday at Milton Park with a high tea and overnight stay with girlfriends. I cannot rate the food, service, aesthetics, ambience and staff highly enough. It was truly joyous and I cannot wait to return once the renovations are complete
Great place to stay. Gardens are fantastic. About to close for 6 months for renovations. I will be back to stay after the renovations are complete.
Not even happy to give ‘Fawlty Towers’ a single star but had to in order to publish this! Have encountered the most hopeless unprofessional service from the beginning; numerous mix ups with bookings for 4 ladies; poor attention to detail & now 2 weeks out from our planned stay they have advised 2 out of the 4 of us that the hotel is now closed due to substantial renovations!!!!!!!
