I have been going to Milton Nissan since I moved into the area 10 years ago. I've always had such a pleasant experience. I think in this day and age where customer service is sometimes waning in favour of AI, chatbots, and automated responses, I find their 1-1 personal touch to be astounding. I cannot praise Kim Macdonald in service enough! Shortly after our crazy snow storm, my mother in law suddenly experienced a flat tire. I called Milton Nissan and without hesitation, Kim advised me to drop the vehicle off so we can repair the tire. She took me in without an appointment, advised me of my wait time and even offered to shuttle me to and from the dealership. I haven't experienced that level of service in such a long time. Took my Sentra to Milton Nissan to diagnose an acceleration issue. They told me I needed a $2500.00 gas tank replacement. Did not want to do the repair at the time. When I was ready I called them twice to book an appointment, their message says to leave a message and someone will call within an hour. That did not happen. I took my car to another repair shop and my car was repaired for less than $500.00. Thank you Nissan for your horrible customer service, you saved me $2000.00.
