I've been a happy customer of Milton Nissan for decades. I met Kim MacDonald at the Service desk for the first time the other day and was immediately taken with her knowledge, courtesy and friendly, personal attention to my vehicle service needs and appointment scheduling. Once the work was completed she went over the details and made sure everything we'd noted was taken care of. She's a lovely person and a great addition to the Milton Nissan team!!

I had a tire swap and wheel balancing appointment scheduled but because of a mix-up, I wasn't able to get it done. However, they apologized for the misunderstanding and were very accommodating. I appreciated the compensation they offered, and I’d like to especially thank Kim MacDonald for her sincerity and excellent service.
I bought a Murano here. In the purchase agreement I got the free oil changes for a year. So, a year has passed and finally went back to my regular mechanic. They showed me all the air filters and I nearly fainted on how black and dirty they were. Nissan told me the air filters were always changed with my oil. This was a lie.
