I just want to give a huge thank you to everyone at Milton Nissan for everything over the past couple of weeks. I just leased a 2026 Nissan Kicks (stole it right off the showroom floor I loved it so much) and Willie and his crew were awesome. Worst Nissan dealer. It took them 4 hours and 40 minutes for a tire change. They had told me it would take 1 hour and a half. At the 2 hour and 45 minute mark, I was told my car was in queue for a wash. It took them 2 more hours to "wash" the car. They gave me the car splashed all over, not even properly washed. Service staff are rude.
No one likes taking their car in for repair or service. I’m no different but I need to share an experience like no other. I took my car into Milton Nissan for usual maintenance and new tires. Kim from service went above and beyond to make a costly experience the most positive and pleasant experience. How you ask?
