Our snowblower blew a part in a storm. None of the box stores had it even the one we bought the snowblower from. We found Paul online and sure enough he had the part and we went right over. He was extremely helpful and saved our butts.

Paul was generous with his time on a weekend, talking me through an issue I was having with a minor snowblower repair, and declined my offer to pay him for his time despite several phone calls. (Though I did anyway, because I was grateful for the help.)
