The worst service ever. Please do not go them. I booked an appointment and my daughter got very sick with nausea, wheezing and diarrhea. The receptionist insisted to come even when she is sick. She said she will charge $100 for rebooking or cancellation fee and blamed I’m telling stories. If it’s lesser fee it will be reasonable. But $100. Purely money grabbing. Will speak to health Canada and Ohip and make a complaint about them.
Doctor was 1 hour late and then met with me for 5 minutes to say "Oh, I should refer you to someone else." Told me I'd get a call in "2-3 weeks" from a doctor in Oakville. Never happened. Horrible doctor, horrible reception staff. Avoid.
I would not give any stars! Worst doctor, I would never go there again.
I’d rather give no stars or negative stars like others suggested. I showed up for my appoinent and the office was closed. I took time off work for nothing! I did not have any message about a closure. I did laugh reading others comments as my wife also mentioned Dr. Gill had laryngitis whenever she had an appointment. I was really surprised at how fast I could get this appointment knowing allergists are in high demand. But reading other comments, and based on my experience this AM, it all makes sense!
