TLDR: These people have wasted so much of my time and I’m never even entertaining the idea of service here again. Bought a brand new 2023 Tacoma from these guys, and in less than a year it started squeaking really bad when I drove it on dirt roads, not even rough terrain, just dirt roads. Which fine, even new products have issues I’m not upset about that. I bring it in to get it looked at back around October 2024, they say it’s a shock leaking and tell me they’ll fix it under warranty, cool. December 2024 they swap the shock... read more
Didn't have what I needed but were nice
I arrived at a good hour, where there wasn’t anyone else there for a computer alert issue. It took them about an hour to find out what was wrong and set me up to come back the following week, when they would have the new camera my car needed. All covered under my warranty. The waiting area is an open space with countertops so I could get some work done while I waited.
