I took my passport in for an issue I was having. Chad met me very promptly and was able to schedule an immediate appointment and informed me about recall work they could do. He communicated with me transparently as the repair was priced, the part was ordered and when it was completed. It was a very fast turn around with great customer service!

My first time at this dealership services department ! services guy who received me was great and professional, he even walk outside to get me when it was just a little rain he didn’t care … got me in , did paper work show me the nice waiting room an a nice way !! already when to two other dealers where i couldn’t get services because waiting time was between 3 -4 hours ( hods dealer at satellite in duluth / and honda mall of Georgia ) i found me a good services here and less waiting time ….. charles strawn thats the right g... read more
