I was told that the engine had failed and needed to be replaced, with an estimated cost of $12,000+. The invoice also listed approximately $4,455 for engine-replacement labor alone. Constantly fair service with upfront pricing and no pressure on recommended additional services. Appointments mean something here. If you are on time (or even early) they get you out faster than most other service stations. Switched to them 3 years ago and have never spent half my day here for an oil change watching my car wait to be pulled back an hour into my “appointment” at other places.
Honda didn’t disappoint!! Good folks like always and definitely fast service. They got my oil change done real quick on my new civic. Jake in Service was definitely a great employee and upfront. You will be happy here and the place looks awesome
