An urgent care that runs with 1 nurse and 1 doctor. Doesn't seem very urgent I'm the car, with wait time upto 4-5 hours.

Had intestinal problems for a while. I felt things inside my intestine, large bowel had been ruled out, so it only makes sense for it to be a small bowel problem. Doctor felt I needed surgical intervention, send me to the ED. ED then done blood tests and urine tests only to be told they'll do nothing further because apparently you can tell if they need further treatment based on that alone. Absolutely shocking that nothing more was done, I could have had an emergency small capsule endoscopy and had surgery the next day via M... read more

Triage is done by flipping a coin. They act like they are doing you a favour, forgetting they need to SERVE the taxpayer, that’s who pays their salary

4 hrs waiting in urgent care is a joke.. The staf are realy don't have any urgency in urgency care...

Extremely disappointed.Last Monday after waiting 4hours with a severe infection on my face and eye caused by a insect bite.with my blood pressure at 16.7 the doctor sent me back home with antihistamine pills plus with a very rude attitude I was in pain I am completely choked he didn’t do anything to help or even see my eye or face properly I end up in a private clinic with a severe infection on my face plus a conjunctivitis Definitely not recommended this service
