I made an appointment for the engineer to come out to our house at 10.00, 30 mins after he was due I received an email from the service department to say he was off sick and she would reorganise the appointment when she got in to the office. I emailed and rang and have had no reply. Obviously I’m very disappointed with the service.
Disaster start to finish. Not a happy customer
We used this company to install A/C in our offices and workshop. We are extremely impressed and have recommended on.
