Tried ordering 3 items from their website. Only shipped 2. Had to email twice for eta on third, most expensive item. 1 month delay, but we can refund you. Replied to that email for a refund, I get an auto response, shes out of town a week. Email generic address, they refunded 11.08 of a 133.59+tax item. Don't sell stuff on the Internet direct to consumers if you can't get your act together.
