Ordered 2 tire gauges and was charged $11 for delivery. When the product was shipped and on it's way i was informed then by UPS that there was an additional charge before I could receive my parcel. Had Milton mentioned that in the beginning I would have not ordered there products. No where does it mention this when you're making your purchases. Ripped off !

Extremely rude customer support called because I could not find the warranty page on there website basically told me to kick rocks haha it’s ok will not be purchasing Milton ever again harbor freight it is

I purchased a Shockit SAE and Metric impact specialty set from this company. The description starts in the first line stating it is the SAE AND Metric set. The cost was $100.00 more than what I had been seeing just for the single SAE kit, so I figured for the $100.00 more I would buy them both as it seemed to be a pretty good deal. I received the SAE kit by itself, no Metric kit. I emailed them and waited a week referencing the order number etc. no reply for a week. So… I emailed them the next week. Received an item damaged. Was willing to replace broken piece or exchange for good one. Emailed sales and customer service, not even a response.
