What a phenomenal community Sarah Jane and the Milton Ignite team have built here 😊 All instructors are friendly, enthusiastic and encouraging. Their separate HYROX training sessions helped me prepare so well for HYROX Toronto. They offer 30-min bootcamp-style classes 6 out of 7 days of the week and despite the short duration, you certainly get a good sweat in. Can’t say enough good things about this studio and management.
Best training centre. Very family oriented. No egos and very supportive.
If your black dont even bother go to this fitness centre they would not accept you, went here some years ago was to sign up. I Got rejected because of my **** .
