This Utility Com sucks in Customer Service. The people there needs to be educated in people service to all age groups and demographics and ethnicities. Wake up people and look around. You are not an island to serve yourself, we pay your salary and good too. Older adults are people too and they have money to pay you and keep you alive. For goodness sakes !!! Should I name some women there !!!
