I really appreciate how accommodating you guys were with the litterbox in the corner and the tuna you supplied during the test. Went in to repair my glasses in early November and had an amazing experience. The owner was extremely kind and was happy to accommodate me even though I hadn't made an appointment. Not only were my glasses repaired and cleaned, she sent me home with a little cleaning and maintenance kit. Was extremely grateful for the professional and friendly service. Couldn't recommend enough.
I love the professionalism here. Everything went smoothly, and the people are friendly.
Visiting from Melbourne, I needed a tweak on my glasses nose pads. Shannon on reception was extremely pleasant and efficient in attending to my needs. She fixed the nose pads, cleaned the glasses and gave back to me with a smile and “enjoy the rest of your holiday”. I was very impressed and grateful. Thanks Shannon and Optical Nook.
