My name is Peter Sneyd and my wife Patricia underwent double Root Canal surgery at your establishment on Feb 23, 2056. The affected teeth were teeth # 23 and #13. Following the procedure your office directed her to have the LH tooth filling replaced. After contacting our dentist Dr Sheila Wong, the refilling procedure was scheduled for Mar 11, 2026.
