I visited the emergency department at Milton Hospital and had a very good experience with Dr. Hassan. He was professional, respectful, and explained everything clearly. His calm and pleasant manner made the visit easier and more comfortable.
Took my husband today, they are very quick in getting you through the front but when you get out back. Absolutely shocking. 2 hours he sat there with nothing done. We arrived at 9am said 15 in emergency. 1hr 15 to be seen by dr. We knew what the problem was and would need bloods taken and an ultrasound we knew it would be a while. But his order sat in a tray for 2 hours before anything was done the receptionist could be heard saying she needed to do her online training and needed to get that done first. While the hospital staff are friendly, I had to wait nearly seven hours, which was quite frustrating.
Worst Experience Ever The worst treatment I’ve ever received in a hospital. I came in with severe pain and had to wait for hours with no attention or compassion. The staff were careless and unhelpful. Completely unacceptable experience.
