This was an extremely disappointing experience at the emergency department. My 1-year-old child was in visible distress, crying for hours due to stomach pain. Despite this, there was no proper triage-based prioritization, and patients were treated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. I went to the ER today due lower abdomen pain on my right. Dr. Chen and his female assistant (sorry dont know her name ) were very professional and kind to speak to . I was in the ER at 8:34 am and out by 10:30 am. My blood work and urine sample was done by 9:20am and I guess the doctors were waiting for the results to come back before they could physically inspect me. One of the Worst ER in allover GTA. My 1 year is crying for hours with stomach pain. They aren’t priorities him because they are seeing first come first served basic. we rush to ER when it’s an emergency. We are not in a walk in clinic. Why you don’t have experience people at the registration and on triage so they can access the situation accordingly and prioritize patients. The one working are so rude and treating patients like bad. It’s pathetic. I want to rate them minus stars. They don’t even care
