Took my grand-daughters 8yrs and 12yrs to the hospital last evening (04/18) as always Triage/Registration was very efficient. We were directed to the BLUE area which was surprisingly crowded but understandable being flu season and lots of kids off for the holiday. Our wait time was nearly two hours . When we were finally called to a room we had the most amazing experience with Dr. Edwards who was assigned to my children. Absolute worst service. I didn’t even get a doctor in the ER after an entire night. I saw this woman in labor, not even 1 nurse came to check on her. I worry for the critical patients in this place.

I had a very disappointing experience at Milton Emergency Hospital, specifically in the blue zone. The nurses there showed zero empathy and were incredibly rude during my visit. I was just asking if I can quickly go and get food for my son. The nurse said he should be fine without food for a bit. And all the gaslighting an and shoulder shrugs at my most vulnerable moment brought tears to my eyes. They have posted mutual respect but the nurses in the blue zone lack common decency. Shocking , Male Nurse “Anthony Realeze” performed my ECG in emergency with only 9 leads , which is not ideal for emergency situations. They were taking time without any reason for everything
