Nightmare experience with Milton. We had 4 project managers in 6 months. Consistent and repeated problems with budgeting/estimating caused major stress throughout the build. Milton recommended we switch to a more expensive contractor than initially scoped in the early stages of the job and promised to split the substantial cost increase. No credit was ever applied/ paid.
