Booked a 7:00 AM appointment for my Ram because of a squeaky noise coming from the engine compartment. I dropped the truck off early and had to use Uber to get to work thinking the issue would at least be looked at during the day. When I called around 2 PM for an update, I was told they hadn’t even looked at the truck yet. I asked why they book appointments if vehicles are not going to be inspected for hours.
