I have been dealing with a settlement of an estate that has a tenant living in on the property….attorney Davis has been refusing to file an ejectment based on a unnotarized or unwitnessed statement on a piece of paper. I have asked him over and over to file with the court to let them decide if this paper is legitimate. This dealing with this for about a year now.

My Sister and I call Mr Davis for help on property that my family have in Tuskegee that we needed help and still need help. I spoke with him more than once we found him to be rude and not a good listener. We found him to be not to interested in our case I was recommended by a family member To this day it's been months since I have heard from him because he said I have to go to the court house and to my understanding the court house is walking distance. I do not recommend this attorney been the secretary is very nice
