Sorry to say the JCC has incompetent management led by a tone deaf CEO. Members reserve class space then do not show up and do not cancel their spot. Because of this paying members are closed out of classes they would like to take. Even when the CEO is made aware of the problem, she chooses to do nothing about it. The CEO's solution... take a different class you have no interest in. Ocean City Community Center, more classes, up to date facility, competent management who listens and solves problems all at a cheaper cost.
