Girlfriend got glasses and she can't see with them.
The secretary or whoever is answering calls has the worst attitude. She should not be in a patient-facing role. I simply wanted my glasses prescription sent to me because I moved out of state and my glasses broke. Apparently their “email doesn’t work” and they can’t read my prescription over the phone because it’s “confidential information”. I have had much more critical medical information provided to me via phone with a simple name and date of birth provided.
