Quick and easy workout I loved my work outs at the Milton Athletic club. Family owned and always friendly staff. I never had to wait to get on a machine unlike the "Y". It looks small from the outside but inside they have all the machines you will need to look your best along with a racket ball room/ basketball courts. They also have a little sitting area you can bring your kids and let them watch tv or do homework.
