One ride I took, the driver clearly smoked a pack of cigarettes while he waited for my flight because I couldn’t breathe in the car (and all 4 windows were down when I arrived, and it was a 10 degree day- you’re not fooling anyone, no amount of ‘fresh air’ dissipated the thick smell of smoke).
