One ride I took, the driver clearly smoked a pack of cigarettes while he waited for my flight because I couldn’t breathe in the car (and all 4 windows were down when I arrived, and it was a 10 degree day- you’re not fooling anyone, no amount of ‘fresh air’ dissipated the thick smell of smoke). Spent the ride breathing through my sweater. Also, HORRIBLE driving- foot on and off and on and off and on and off the break and gas, lurching the car forward and just adding to the nausea. Driver was there are the exact time with a smooth ride to the airport. I will be using them again for any other trips to the airport.
